When does the application open?

The application opens on October 1st each year and must be submitted by December 1st. All supporting documents are due by December 7th.

What is the commitment after graduation?

Fellows agree to teach in South Carolina for one year for every year they receive fellowship funding. This ensures our investment directly benefits South Carolina students.

Can out-of-state students apply?

No, applicants must be legal residents of South Carolina. This requirement ensures fellows are committed to serving South Carolina's educational needs.

What support do fellows receive?

Fellows receive up to $24,000 in scholarships, professional development opportunities, leadership training, service-learning experiences, and ongoing mentorship throughout the program.
